Tsugaru Longcase | blue with blue felt

If you love the color blue, this case is made for you! This pre-owned hardcase has a lovely shade of blue on the outside and a super nice blue felt lining. It is Futozao/Tsugaru Shamisen sized, but of course smaller shamisen will fit as well. This case has been doing a great job and shows some wear to prove it 🙂 As visible in the photos, the lining shows some wear. If you want extra padding, you can just glue an additional patch of felt on top – super easy 🙂 One of the clasps feels a little wiggly, but with 4 clasps in total, it closes very reliably and I personally would use it without worry. But these signs of wear get you a sweet discount on this longcase.

Not having to take your instrument apart to transport it is a huge game changer, because you’re always ready to whip out your shamisen and play. Keeping your instrument assembled means it practically stays in tune. The hard shell keeps your instrument safe from people, doors and sneaky corners attempting to bump into your shamisen.

The outer shell is synthetic and water repellent.

The longcase safely closes with four clasps.
