This pre-owned hardcase is the classic rectangular model. It is suitable for chuuzao and hosozao sized shamisen.
This case has some additional protective padding and an additional handle at the short top side. This makes it extra easy to handle! There’s some superficial nicks on the outside (see photos), thus the discount.
Not having to take your instrument apart to transport it is a huge game changer, because you’re always ready to whip out your shamisen and play. Keeping your instrument assembled means it practically stays in tune. The hard shell keeps your instrument safe from people, doors and sneaky corners attempting to bump into your shamisen.
The longcase safely closes with 4 clasps. Keys included.
