This pre-owned hardcase is the perfect companion for your Chuuzao or Hosozao sized shamisen. Not having to take your instrument apart to transport it is a huge game changer, because you’re always ready to whip out your shamisen and play. Keeping your instrument assembled means it practically stays in tune. The hard shell keeps your instrument safe from people, doors and sneaky corners attempting to bump into your shamisen.

The red velvet lining complements the retro charm of the brown outer shell. The outer shell is synthetic and water repellent. The blocks your shamisen’s neck rests on is extra wide and padded. There’s a small little pocket on the inside lid and a larger pocket on the inside bottom that fits your bachi and other playing accessories. The case also has feet on the short bottom side and an extra handle on the short top side for easy upright maneuvering and storage.

The longcase safely closes with four clasps. Keys included.
